피지컬 AI(Physical AI)는 디지털 지능이 물리적 세계와 실시간으로 상호작용하는 차세대 인공지능의 핵심 패러다임입니다. 로보틱스, 자율시스템, 체화지능, 디지털 트윈을 아우르는 이 분야는 산업, 의료, 교육, 국방 전반에 걸쳐 광범위한 영향을 미치고 있습니다. Physical AI is the core paradigm of next-generation artificial intelligence, in which digital intelligence interacts with the physical world in real time. Encompassing robotics, autonomous systems, embodied intelligence, and digital twins, this field has wide-ranging impact across industry, medicine, education, and defense.
한국피지컬AI학회는 이 분야의 국내 학술 연구를 선도하고, 연구자·교육자·산업 전문가 간의 교류를 촉진하기 위해 2025년에 설립되었습니다. 자매 기관인 한국피지컬AI교육연구소와 함께 연구와 교육의 두 축을 담당합니다. The Korean Society of Physical AI was established in 2025 to lead domestic academic research in this field and to promote exchange between researchers, educators, and industry professionals. Together with its sister organization, the Korean Institute of Physical AI Education & Research, it drives both the research and educational dimensions of the field.

KSPAI is a non-profit academic society promoting scholarly research in Physical AI and facilitating academic exchange between domestic and international researchers. The society contributes to the advancement of Physical AI through journal publication, domestic and international conferences, paper review, and industry–academia–research collaborative projects.
