제1조 (목적) Article 1 — Purpose
한국피지컬AI학회(이하 "학회")는 정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률, 개인정보보호법 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고 이와 관련한 고충을 신속하고 원활하게 처리할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 수립·공개합니다. The Korean Society of Physical AI ("the Society") complies with relevant laws including the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection and the Personal Information Protection Act, and establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect users' personal information and handle related grievances promptly and smoothly.
제2조 (수집하는 개인정보 항목) Article 2 — Personal Information Collected
학회는 회원가입, 서비스 이용, 문의 처리 등을 위해 아래와 같은 개인정보를 수집할 수 있습니다. The Society may collect the following personal information for membership registration, service provision, and inquiry handling.
성명, 이메일 주소, 소속기관, 직위 Name, email address, affiliation, position
연락처, 연구 분야, 학력 사항 Phone number, research area, academic background
제3조 (개인정보의 수집·이용 목적) Article 3 — Purpose of Collection and Use
수집된 개인정보는 다음의 목적으로 이용됩니다: 회원 관리 및 서비스 제공, 학술대회 및 행사 안내, 학회지 발간 및 논문 심사, 공지사항 및 뉴스레터 발송. Collected personal information is used for the following purposes: membership management and service provision, conference and event notifications, journal publication and paper review, and delivery of announcements and newsletters.
제4조 (개인정보의 보유·이용 기간) Article 4 — Retention Period
개인정보는 수집·이용 목적이 달성된 후 지체 없이 파기합니다. 단, 관계 법령에 의해 보존할 필요가 있는 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다. 회원 탈퇴 시 즉시 파기함을 원칙으로 합니다. Personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been fulfilled. However, where retention is required by applicable law, information is retained for the stipulated period. As a rule, information is destroyed immediately upon withdrawal of membership.
제5조 (개인정보의 제3자 제공) Article 5 — Disclosure to Third Parties
학회는 원칙적으로 이용자의 개인정보를 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 이용자의 동의가 있거나 법령의 규정에 의한 경우는 예외로 합니다. As a rule, the Society does not disclose users' personal information to third parties. Exceptions apply where the user has given consent or disclosure is required by law.
제6조 (이용자의 권리) Article 6 — User Rights
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람, 수정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 이러한 요청은 아래 개인정보 관리책임자에게 연락하시면 됩니다. Users may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information. Such requests should be directed to the Privacy Officer below.

본 개인정보처리방침은 법령 및 방침의 변경에 따라 수정될 수 있으며, 변경 사항은 웹사이트를 통해 공지합니다. This Privacy Policy may be amended in accordance with changes in law or policy. Any amendments will be announced via the website.
