논문투고안내 Paper Submission Guide

논문은 국문 또는 영문으로 작성하되, 의미 혼용 가능성이 있는 경우 괄호 안에 원어를 병기합니다. 반드시 학회 공식 HWP 양식(.hwp)을 사용하여 작성·제출합니다. Papers may be written in Korean or English. Where ambiguity exists, include the original-language term in parentheses. All submissions must use the official KSPAI HWP template.

그림 및 표를 포함하여 기본 6페이지입니다. 7–8페이지: 1쪽당 20,000원 추가 / 9페이지 이상: 1쪽당 30,000원 추가 게재료가 적용됩니다. The base length is 6 pages including all figures and tables. 7–8 pages: ₩20,000/page surcharge. 9+ pages: ₩30,000/page surcharge.

국문·영문 제목, 저자 성명·소속·직위(국문·영문)를 기재합니다. 국문 요약 500자 내외, 영문 요약 250 단어 내외, 국문·영문 키워드 각 5개 이상을 포함해야 합니다. 교신저자(Corresponding Author)를 반드시 표기합니다. Include title, author names, affiliations, and positions in both Korean and English. Include a Korean abstract (~500 characters), English abstract (~250 words), and at least 5 keywords in each language. The corresponding author must be identified.

국문 논문: 한글 제목 → 한글 저자명/소속 → 영문 제목 → 영문 저자명/소속 → 한글 요약 → 영문 요약 → 본문 → 이해상충 → 사사 (해당 시) → 참고문헌 → 부록 (해당 시)
영문 논문: 위 순서에서 영문을 앞에, 한글을 뒤에 배치합니다. Korean paper: KO title → KO authors/affiliations → EN title → EN authors/affiliations → KO abstract → EN abstract → Body → Conflicts of interest → Acknowledgments (if any) → References → Appendix (if any)
English paper: Reverse the language order above.

그림 번호(Fig. 1)는 하단 가운데 정렬, 표 번호(Table 1)는 상단 가운데 정렬로 표기합니다. 그림·표의 제목과 내용은 영문으로 표기하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다. Figure captions (Fig. 1) are centered below the figure; table captions (Table 1) are centered above. Captions and internal content should be in English as a rule.

본문 내 [1], [1-3], [1,2,5] 형식으로 인용하며, 참고문헌 목록은 인용 순서대로 영어로 작성합니다. Use numbered in-text citations: [1], [1-3], [1,2,5]. The reference list follows citation order and must be written in English.

논문 저자 전원이 한국피지컬AI학회 회원임을 확인합니다. 미가입 저자는 회원가입 안내를 참조하거나 학회 이메일로 문의하시기 바랍니다. All co-authors must be members of KSPAI. Non-members should refer to the membership page or contact the Society.

다음 두 개의 파일을 준비합니다:
① 최종 논문 파일 — 저자 정보 포함
② 심사용 파일 — 저자 정보(성명·소속·감사의 글 등) 모두 삭제한 익명 버전 Prepare two files:
① Full manuscript — with all author information
② Blind review copy — all author information (names, affiliations, acknowledgments) removed

두 파일을 첨부하여 아래 주소로 발송합니다. 이메일 제목은 아래 형식을 따릅니다: Attach both files and send to the address below. Use the following subject line format:

이메일 접수 후 편집사무국에서 2–3 영업일 이내에 접수 확인 이메일을 발송합니다. 확인 이메일이 없는 경우 재문의 바랍니다. The editorial office will send an acknowledgment email within 2–3 business days of receipt. If you do not receive a confirmation, please follow up.

편집위원회가 투고 분야 적합성을 검토한 후 관련 분야 전문 심사위원 3인에게 이중 익명 심사를 의뢰합니다. 심사 결과(게재 확정/수정 후 게재/게재 불가)는 이메일로 통보됩니다. The editorial board checks scope suitability, then assigns three expert reviewers for double-blind review. The decision (accept / revise / reject) will be communicated by email.
