본 학회의 정관은 다음 장(章)으로 구성됩니다. The bylaws of this Society are organized into the following chapters.
학회의 명칭, 목적, 소재지 Name, purpose, and location of the Society
회원의 자격, 권리, 의무 Membership qualifications, rights, and obligations
임원의 종류, 선출, 임기 Types, election, and term of officers
총회의 구성, 소집, 의결 Composition, convening, and resolutions of the general assembly
이사회의 구성 및 운영 Composition and operation of the Board
회비, 예산, 결산 Dues, budget, and financial statements
정관의 개정, 해산 Amendment of bylaws and dissolution
